I believe messy healing is still healing—and I'm here for you through all of it.

Who I work with
On the outside, you look like you have it together. But behind closed doors, you’re struggling more than anyone knows, and you can’t help but wonder if something might really be wrong with you. The shame you feel is often the hardest part, even though you logically know there’s no reason to be ashamed.
You may be experiencing a major life transition: a relationship that's falling apart, a way of coping that no longer works the way it used to, symptoms that are starting to affect your work and daily life, or growing feelings of isolation. You keep thinking “Maybe I’m just broken, maybe this is just who I am.” And it’s hard to talk about because you’re not sure anyone in your life would really understand.
I’m here to understand. I work with individuals and couples in their 20s and 30s who are willing to be honest—with me and with themselves—and who accept that things often have to get messy before they can get better. I'll support you through the tough stuff and challenge you gently when you need it, because feeling heard matters, but so does actually getting better.
My areas of specialty
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, substance use, hypersexuality, and ADHD. A lot of my clients are holding shame about what they've been through, the ways they've coped, and the gap between who they are and who they thought they'd be by now. If you’re feeling that way, I promise that you deserve more grace than you’re giving yourself.
I'm also experienced in working with clients who are navigating identity discovery, relationships, and the challenges that come with being part of the LGBTQIA+ community.
My background & training
I’m a Limited Licensed Professional counselor.
I hold a Master’s of Counseling in Clinical Mental Health from Wayne State University. My clinical training includes work in private practice and at non-profits like the Ruth Ellis Center, where I provided trauma-informed, gender-affirming care to LGBTQIA+ youth and young adults.
As someone with ADHD who has lived many different lives, I've dedicated my work to helping people who are ready to peel back their layers to discover—and choose to love— who's underneath. I work hard to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are. I draw from CBT, DBT, and EMDR modalities during our sessions.
