You are looking a better work experience than what you’ve had so far…

  • an environment where you are supported and respected

  • fair pay

  • autonomy as a clinician

  • choosing your own hours and working from home or in a hybrid model

  • accessing a community of other therapists for feedback

  • getting the support you need to really help your clients

At CER, we value our therapists and know that our business is not possible without you.

We offer W2 commission starting at 50% for LLPCs and 55% for fully licensed clinicians. Percentages increase based on experience, number of clients seen, and performance.

Typical payments are $48 to $80 per session depending on the insurance panel and your agreed upon percentage. We pay you monthly, on time, and recoup 98% of services billed. We practice transparency in pay so you will always know what your next payroll is, what claims are outstanding, and why.

We will provide you with a $600 yearly training stipend, six weeks of unpaid time off, administrative support, and free supervision to start. Once you are up to full-time hours (billing 25+ clients per week for a consecutive 4 weeks), we will also provide an employee-sponsored health plan with dental and vision benefits, life insurance, and generous accrued PTO.

What we’re looking for

You’re a dynamic, fully licensed mental health professional (LP, LPC, or LMSW) or an LLC in Michigan. You’re motivated and independent but also appreciate the support other clinicians can provide. You have a trauma niche or are willing to develop one. You are open to growth and align with the values of CER. You want to be a part of a growing, healthy, and cooperative team that is focused on helping clients and making money not drama or negativity.

We are prioritizing therapists with the following niches:

  • Trained in a trauma processing modality (EMDR, ART, Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, etc..)

  • Trauma in specific cultural communities - Black, Hispanic, Asian, Middle Eastern, Jewish, etc.

  • Trauma in the LGBTQ community

  • Trauma-informed couple’s counseling

  • Medical trauma

  • Complex PTSD

  • Other diverse trauma niches

One of our values at the Center for Establishing Recovery is diversity which means that we welcome diverse applicants to apply including background and lived experience.
