Anxiety & Depression

Anxiety and depression are two of the most common complaints of folks entering therapy.  In fact, everyone experiences feelings of worry and sadness at some point in their lives.  Depression and anxiety begin with a healthy psychological state that results from legitimate experiences.  It is expected that you'll feel depressed or anxious when dealing with issues surrounding loss, transition, betrayal, or disconnection.

We can help make sure that you know how to effectively manage these feelings so they’re not interfering with your life, work, or relationships.

How do I know if I need help?

Because anxiety and depression are so common, it can be hard to know when it's time to get help.  Healthy feelings of worry and sadness can easily turn into something more without the right coping skills or self-care.  If you feel that your anxiety or depression are keeping you from being your best, it's probably time to seek help.  You don't have to wait until things are unmanageable to get on the right track.
